Rahul Sharma, PhD, is Senior Scientist at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany, and a lecturer in the e-Government Technologies and Services curriculum at the Department of Software Science, Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), Estonia.

Rahul’s work focuses on strengthening research ecosystems, promoting the use of artificial intelligence in higher education, and supporting globally connected and future-oriented academic institutions. His interests include responsible innovation, ethical AI, digital transformation, and technology-driven solutions for societal and sustainability challenges.

Through his academic, research, and leadership activities, Rahul contributes to collaborative research and innovation initiatives with a focus on higher education and societal impact.
