Innar Liiv is a Professor of Multidisciplinary Big Data and a Member of the Senate at Tallinn University of Technology. His research interests encompass algorithmic governance, data science, network theory, computational international relations, and the transfer of big data technologies to industrial and governmental applications. Additionally, he has interests in diplomatic law, international law, peace technology, the concept of data embassies, digital identity, e-residency, and related political philosophy.
