In the framework of this Project, a unique interdisciplinary post-graduate program (IT, public administration, law) for a Ukrainian university as well as 2 online courses will be created. The program will provide prospective students with an opportunity to gain ‘hands-on’ practical knowledge on e-governance mechanisms as well as ICT. Also during the project 2 winter schools for academic staff will be held. The best graduates of the winter schools will participate in the study visit to Estonia and in particular to TalTech.
